Cengage Learning Titles Sold to Wiley

As part of the acquisition process of the Houghton Mifflin College Division, Cengage Learning agreed to divest certain products identified by the Department of Justice to address concerns regarding a competitive marketplace.

The attached titles have been sold to Wiley, effective immediately.
