Thomson Learning Announces New Automated Real-Time Price & Availability System

Effective immediately, college stores have access to Thomson Learning's new automated and real-time Price & Availability System - PAS. PAS will allow customers the flexibility of checking on Thomson Learning products 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - just by utilizing the keypad on their telephone. Call Thomson on any of their regular Customer Service toll-free numbers and select option 6 for this feature. Stores will need their Thomson Learning account number and the ISBNs of the titles they are researching.

During Thomson Learning's regular business hours (8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST Monday - Friday), if customers have additional questions or would like to place an order, they can select an option and be connected to a Customer Service Associate. Price and availability is also available through Thomson's college store web site under Title Research and Ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
