News You Can Use June 2, 2008 Houghton Mifflin Acquisition Cengage Learning today announced it has acquired the Houghton Mifflin College Division (HM College Division) and has begun the process of integrating the people, products, and programs of HM College Division and Cengage Learning. Effectively immediately, both Cengage Learning and HM College Division titles should be ordered from Cengage Learning. Any returns are subject to Cengage Learning's returns policies and should be sent to the Cengage Learning Distribution Center in Independence, Kentucky.
