Thomson Announces English Acquisition

Effective immediately Thomson Learning’s Heinle division announces that it has completed the acquisition of all English as a Second Language (ESL) titles from Houghton Mifflin (HMCo). These titles can now be purchased from Thomson’s Distribution Center. Returns of copies of these titles that were purchased from HMCo should be returned to them by December 31, 2006.
