News You Can Use July 23, 2008 Cengage Learning Titles Sold to MacMillan As part of the acquisition process of the Houghton Mifflin College Division, Cengage Learning agreed to divest certain products identified by the Department of Justice to address concerns regarding a competitive marketplace. The attached titles have been sold to MacMillan. Cengaege Learning will continue to fulfill orders until October 31., 2008, and accept returns thruough December 31, 2008.
